About the Event

This is the 3rd annual Southern California regional outing of the Robert Trent Jones Society. Here you will enjoy the company of fellow golfers and enthusiasts of Robert Trent Jones, Sr. and his works of art.

Take a deep dive into Society happenings while enjoying a day of friendly golf competition and networking with fellow RTJ Society Member Clubs. 

Birnam Wood Golf Club, opened in 1968, was described by Robert Trent Jones Sr. as “The Best Short Course I Ever Built”.  Located in Montecito, CA near Santa Barbara, Birnam Wood Golf Club is a private, full-service golf club with premier dining, golf, tennis, fitness and social programs.

The RTJ Society Tournament will feature a team net competition and individual gross and net competitions.  Teams from five Southern California Society Members will compete for the “Jones Cup”.

Costs for the event at the Club are $200 per person**. 

These event fees include all greens fees & cart followed by a dinner and awards.

Because of the distances and logistics involved in attending, the Society requires full payment in advance to secure your spot using the link below.
